Two images of Comet Hyakutake that I captured during its appearance in March 1996. It
was the first visually significant comet that I had seen and re-awakened an interest in
astrophotography. I wasn't equipped to do long exposures that would reveal details of the
comet's tail, but its brightness helped me obtain some repectable images with a fixed
camera. Then I made plans to be prepared for Hale-Bopp's appearance in the following year!
